MyTruth is operated by PumpPalFit, LLC, 169 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016, United States. Using the site means you agree to these terms.
What MyTruth is
MyTruth searches public records and publicly available information about a person and puts what it finds into a report. Records can be out of date, incomplete, or belong to someone else with the same name. A report is a starting point, not proof.
What you may not use it for
MyTruth is not a consumer reporting agency, and its reports are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may not use MyTruth to make decisions about anyone's:
- employment, promotion or firing
- tenancy or housing
- credit, loans or insurance
- education, scholarships or licences
You may not use MyTruth to stalk, harass, threaten or locate anyone to harm them, or for anything unlawful. You must be 18 or older.
Plans and billing
- The price and the length of each plan are shown before you pay.
- You are charged only after you confirm a plan at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing support@pumply.me.
- If you are charged and we cannot deliver your report, you get a full refund.
No guarantee about results
We do not promise that a search will find anything, or that what it finds is correct or about the right person. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
