Who we are

MyTruth is operated by PumpPalFit, LLC.

What we collect from you

• What you type in. The name, age, town, phone number and social handles of the person you search for, and your answers to the questions.
• Your email address, if you give it, so we can send you your report and tell you when it is ready.
• A photo, if you add one. It stays in your browser on your device. It is not uploaded to us.
• How the site is used. Which screens are opened and which buttons are tapped, tied to a random ID kept in your browser, and the ad you arrived from.
• Payment details, if you buy a plan. These go to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

What we use it for

• To run your search and put your report together.
• To contact you about your report or your plan.
• To see where people leave the site so we can fix it.
• To measure whether our ads work.

We do not sell your personal information. The person you search for is never notified by us.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the records above.
• OpenStreetMap receives the town you type or the spot you pick, to draw the map.
• Public records providers receive the name, state and phone number you enter, to look up records.
• Analytics and advertising services such as PostHog and Meta may receive usage events, where we have turned them on.

Your choices

Email support@pumply.me to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it. Clearing your browser's site data removes the random ID and anything kept on your device.

If you are the person someone searched for

You can ask us to take your details out of our search. See Remove my info.

Children

MyTruth is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
